On the 1st of July 2019, Michael Kugler joined the team at parsionate as a future shareholder and Managing Director of parsionate CX GmbH. The new subsidiary of the parsionate Group will offer consulting and implementation services with a focus on marketing and sales processes for manufacturers and retailers. The main areas of focus will be "product experience", "customer-centricity" and omnichannel commerce – issues that play a significant role in digital transformation.

Michael Kugler has extensive knowledge in the area of customer experience and related technologies (such as PIM, DAM, e-commerce) and an excellent network. He has held several executive roles in marketing, consulting and sales, where he and his team achieved above-average growth rates and an excellent market presence in the DACH (Germany – Austria – Switzerland) region.
