What will you be doing?

We’re currently searching for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our awesome team in Zürich.

You’ll be tasked with identifying and developing potential new clients through focused research, cold calling and innovative lead generation. At the same time inbound leads will generate additional business opportunities for you. A creative, consultative and fun approach is encouraged when speaking to clients either over the phone or face-to-face, and you’ll also be responsible for hosting teleconference/webinars and face to face meetings. You will play an active role in further developing the European and global market presence of Virgin Pulse. Sales related projects can be part of your challenge depending on personal interest and expertise. The development of a subject matter expertise will be part of your personal growth plan.

You will get international exposure in this role, collaborating with the International Sales Team and contributing towards delivering a first-class standard of service to our global participants, clients and prospects.

This sales consultant role comes with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, so we’re really looking for a go-getter who’s hungry to learn, develop and progress with us.


We are looking for some one with:

  • 1-2 years commercial sales experience with a track record in sales conversions or hitting (ideally smashing) targets is an advantage.
  • Enterprise Software / Saas Sales experience is a big plus
  • Confidence to pick up the phone with sales and service affinity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French is a must, thumbs up for any additional language spoken.
  • High attention to detail when putting together communications to clients.
  • Excellent organization, time management and follow-through skills.
  • User experience with Salesforce – or confidence to learn.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
