VeloXpert consolidates GREIF-VELOX’s digital and operational service offerings into a unified performance program. It includes VPN-based remote support, condition monitoring, data-driven analyses for efficiency improvement, and dashboards for machine and process oversight. In addition, VeloXpert covers traditional services such as commissioning, maintenance, training, and spare parts and warehouse logistics. With GREIF-VELOX’s “Packaging as a Service” (PaaS), financing options and supply concepts for consumables and wear parts complete the portfolio.

As an integral element of this solution, VeloInside provides a system-specific performance dashboard that visualizes real-time operating data. It enables users to identify inefficiencies, detect early warning signs, and implement targeted measures to enhance Greif-Velox Equipment Effectiveness (GVEE) — a metric based on the established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) framework, adapted to the specific requirements of high-precision filling and bagging processes. With decades of experience in powder handling, GREIF-VELOX delivers precise and clean solutions for ultralight and complex powders. The BVP and BVPV packers ensure high bagging accuracy and flexibility, while the VeloVac and VeloVac XL systems enable dust-free vacuum bagging with up to 400% compaction—ideal for challenging products like carbon black, silica, pigments or technical fibres.
