everHome and EcoFlow have announced a new partnership focused on a fully integrated EcoFlow STREAM balcony PV and home energy management solution at Solar Solutions Düsseldorf. The collaboration, with go-live planned for Q1 2026, connects everHome’s innovative EcoTracker with EcoFlow’s STREAM Series, the first balcony PV ecosystem with an intelligent, AI-assisted “Balkonkraftwerk Netzwerk” designed to minimise energy costs and maximise self-consumption.

The EcoFlow STREAM Series combines plug-in solar batteries (STREAM Ultra X, STREAM Ultra, and STREAM AC Pro), the STREAM Microinverter, Smart Plugs, Smart Meter and solar panels into a flexible, design-led system. In combination with the EcoFlow App and its advanced intelligent features – such as dynamic-tariff optimisation and solar/consumption forecasting – STREAM redefines what a balcony power plant can do in everyday home energy management.

From Q1 2026, EcoFlow customers will be able to automatically manage and optimise their home energy usage with a level of precision comparable to electrician-installed CT smart meters. The everHome EcoTracker, a plug-in reading device for digital electricity meters, monitors energy generation and household consumption in real time, helping to ensure that surplus energy is intelligently used within the household instead of being fed back into the grid.

Based on this live meter data, compatible EcoFlow STREAM devices will be able to charge and discharge according to each household’s real-time needs. This makes STREAM-based home energy management accessible to a much broader group of users without the need to install a dedicated smart meter.

“This partnership with market leader EcoFlow marks a significant step toward shaping the sustainable household of the future,” says Marcel Hülsmann, Global Head of Sales & Partnerships at everHome. “I am very excited that we can finally talk about the upcoming functionality here at Solar Solutions in Düsseldorf, after both sides have been collaborating behind the scenes for a while. Customers will soon enjoy an easy-to-use integration between EcoFlow STREAM and our everHome EcoTracker. Beyond the technical integration, our organisations also work together extremely well – which makes me confident about what we can build together beyond 2026.”

“With STREAM, we set out to move balcony PV from a single microinverter on the balcony to an intelligent energy network that coordinates multiple plug-in batteries throughout the home,” says Arne Herkelmann, Product Manager Europe at EcoFlow. “By integrating everHome’s EcoTracker on the grid side, we close the loop between household consumption, balcony generation and our STREAM storage. Customers gain near real-time transparency at the meter, smarter charge and discharge based on their actual profile and, in many cases, a clear path towards significantly lower electricity bills, all without drilling, complex wiring or an electrician-installed smart meter.”

By combining everHome’s EcoTracker with EcoFlow’s STREAM Series, households can achieve greater energy autonomy, transparency and sustainability – without the complexity of traditional setups.

The new functionality will be rolled out to EcoFlow customers in Q1 2026 and will support both EcoTracker IR and EcoTracker P1 in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. As everHome prepares to launch a new addition to the EcoTracker product line, EcoTracker TIC for France, also in Q1, customers in France will be able to enjoy the same functionality. everHome plans to expand the solution to additional European countries in the future.
