TREX.PARTS has fundamentally transformed the way spare parts for forklifts and material handling equipment are sourced. Founded in 2019 as an innovative joint venture between FRICKE and Jungheinrich, the company has rapidly developed into a leading, brand-independent online platform within the material handling industry. At the heart of this success lies a clear ambition: to reinvent the spare parts market and set new standards in transparency and efficiency.
At LogiMAT 2026, the leading international trade fair for intralogistics solutions, TREX.PARTS will present not only its expanded product portfolio in Hall 10, but also new, user-friendly web shop features that make spare parts procurement even faster and easier for customers.
Growth in Product Range, Warehouse Capacity and Availability
With more than 13 million items – including OEM parts, aftermarket brands and own-brand products – TREX.PARTS offers an unparalleled range for maintenance, repair and service. The portfolio is continuously expanded, with around 300 new products and up to 400 cross-references added every month, all displayed transparently and in detail in the web shop. The latest brands added to the portfolio include Genie, JLG and Tennant, further extending the range with high-quality spare parts for aerial work platforms and floor scrubbers and sweepers.
In 2025, warehouse stock levels increased by more than 50 percent. At the same time, product availability for established brands such as Crown, Hyster and Toyota was significantly improved, enabling customers to access the parts they need even more quickly. A key project for the current year is the opening of a third warehouse, adding an additional 7,000 square meters of space and creating the foundation for further growth and even more reliable availability.
Strengthening Quality Management as a Reliable Foundation
For TREX.PARTS, quality is not a coincidence, but a core promise to its customers. Especially in the rapidly growing segment of own-brand and alternative parts, consistent quality management is becoming increasingly important. For this reason, TREX.PARTS has further expanded and systematically strengthened its in-house quality management in recent months. Clearly defined testing processes and standards ensure that every spare part meets high requirements in terms of safety, accuracy of fit and durability. As a result, customers benefit not only from a broader range of options, but above all from the confidence that they can rely on the quality of every product delivered.
Optimized Spare Parts Search: Make/Model Search
TREX.PARTS offers an intelligent and user-friendly solution for spare parts identification. Advanced filter functions allow fast and precise product selection, while transparent information supports customers in choosing the right quality level for their repair needs. If identifying the exact part remains challenging, the make/model search provides the ideal solution. This function enables customers to find the required part across brands and equipment types using exploded-view drawings. Currently, around 200 machines are available in the search, with the number continuously growing. Customers can order the required part or a suitable alternative directly via the web shop and benefit from worldwide delivery, often as early as the next day. A particularly convenient feature: vehicles from the customer’s own fleet can be saved as favorites, allowing quick access to all relevant drawings.
Optimizing Business Processes Through Interface Services
To further streamline everyday business operations, TREX.PARTS offers customized interface services. These innovative solutions enable seamless, fast and secure data transfer for orders, invoices and other key documents. The flexible modular system can be tailored precisely to individual customer requirements.
