AXIAL FLUX MOTOR – Technologies across the entire process chain: The axial flux motor is increasingly emerging as a key technology for high-performance electromobility applications. At our joint booth, we demonstrate how winding technology, impregnation, manufacturing, and system integration can be optimally combined.

NEW VACUUM CASTING MACHINE NADOS 2.0 – First presentation at Coiltech

Nagel Technologies will present the new generation of the NaDos 2.0 vacuum casting machine – a further development of the successful platform for highly precise potting and impregnation technologies for electric drives. The machine was developed together with our partner Lambda Resins and will be showcased in a trade fair environment for the first time.

SERIES PRODUCTION OF COILS FOR AXIAL FLUX MOTORS – VR Experience: WAFIOS presents a new production solution for the series manufacturing of flat-wire coils, particularly relevant for axial flux motor designs. A special highlight at the booth: With the Apple Vision Pro, visitors can virtually walk through the machines and experience their functionality in an immersive way.

GEHRING INSPECTION SYSTEM (GIS) 2.0 – A central stand-alone measuring system for setup operations, preseries production, and SPC components. Gehring Technologies will showcase the GIS 2.0 solution for fast and precise single-process monitoring. The system is also suitable for inspecting SPC components in the manufacturing process of highly precise motor components – a technology already in use as a series monitoring solution in numerous industrialization projects. Take the opportunity to speak with our experts about the latest developments in electric motor anufacturing – from hairpin and axial flux technologies to the entire journey from prototype development to the industrialization of complete production lines.
