When roads are destroyed by severe weather or ground conditions become impassable due to heavy rainfall, vital supply and logistics chains often break down. This is where the off-road capable PowerBully machines come into play. Thanks to their extremely low ground pressure, high traction, and excellent terrain adaptability, these tracked vehicles can safely navigate soft ground, mud, and difficult terrain.

Chassis models with hook lift: These “Swiss Army knives” of logistics enable the transport of a wide range of attachments. Whether flatbeds for material transport, specialized firefighting modules, or container solutions—the carrier vehicle brings equipment exactly where it is needed. Standardized interfaces, such as a truck-compatible frame width and a power take-off (PTO), make integration for body manufacturers easier than ever.

Dumper models: Designed for clearing and recovery operations after environmental events, the dumper models with robust tipping bodies are ideal for transporting soil, debris, and rubble out of inaccessible restricted areas.

Safety and Quality “Made in Germany”

Safety is paramount, especially under extreme operating conditions. Developed and manufactured in Laupheim, the vehicles feature ROPS- and FOPS-certified cabins. A modern camera and mirror system ensures maximum all-round visibility—crucial in complex operational scenarios.

The performance of PowerBully vehicles is not just theoretical: Civil protection authorities in Lower Saxony, through the Lower Saxony State Office for Fire and Disaster Protection (NLBK), have relied on this tracked technology from Kässbohrer for several years.

In Blatten (Switzerland), the PowerBully also proved its effectiveness during the clearance of humus material following a major landslide in 2025:
