Hybrid Software Brandz announces Artflow 26.09, the latest major release of its artwork management platform for brands and consumer packaged goods companies. The new release introduces significant advances in AI-powered compliance validation, copy management, analytics, asset lifecycle management and workflow automation, helping brand teams to manage increasingly complex packaging and artwork processes with greater speed, control and confidence.

A major focus of Artflow 26.09 is bringing intelligence directly into everyday artwork approval. Artflow’s AI compliance validation is embedded within the standard approval process, enabling teams to act directly on validation results. The technology automatically analyzes artwork against regulatory documents and internal standards, helping identify potential issues earlier while reducing manual review effort.

“Packaging teams are under growing pressure to move faster while managing more content, more variants and increasingly complex compliance requirements,” said Ben Dekeyser, Product Manager, Hybrid Software Brandz. “With Artflow 26.09, we’re embedding intelligence and automation where teams actually need it — inside the artwork process itself. The goal is to remove repetitive work, identify issues sooner and give brands better control from briefing through approval and asset management.”

Artflow 26.09 also introduces Copy Management 3.0, including new copy sheet versioning that enables teams to review and approve only content that has changed. This reduces repetitive validation and helps minimize the risk of errors when artwork is updated.

Content can also be imported from enterprise systems such as PIM, MDM, recipe and claims management platforms using APIs to automatically generate copy sheets for completion, translation and validation. Both manual and API-based imports are supported, including GS1 structured data.

Dashboard 2.0 provides greater visibility into artwork operations through configurable widgets and new metrics, including approval turnaround times, revisions, on-time delivery and project duration. A new administration module adds insight into user activity and storage usage, helping organizations better understand and manage their Artflow environment.

Artflow 26.09 will be showcased at industry events throughout September, including LOUPE Americas in Chicago (15–17 September, booth 3007), London Packaging Week (16–17 September, stand D62), Innovation in Non-Alcoholic Beverages 2026 (23–24 September), and LUXE PACK Monaco (28–30 September, stand VA41).
