IDEA

Every variant of the G-Class basically offers excellent off-road capability, which customers use significantly more often than with classic SUVs. The “MANSORY Gronos 4×4” presented last year was able to raise the maximum possible off-road capability of a G-Class to a new level. With the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” this level – the possible extreme use in off-road areas – is raised significantly and is reaching another, even higher level.

BODY | CHASSIS

After this complete conversion, the body styling of the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” impresses both visually and technically. “As with the “MANSORY Gronos Coupé EVO C”, we are very proud of the quality and the perfect craftsmanship of all body modifications and we are once again and very impressively demonstrating our high level of expertise in the field of body construction,” says Kourosh Mansory, CEO of MANSORY Design & Holding GmbH.

The conversion of a standard Mercedes G63 into a pickup truck with a double cab is generally carried out while retaining the original design language.

If desired, individual carbon parts can now be installed on every MANSORY complete conversion, the design of which can be determined by the customer.

Since most customers like to use the G-Class with passengers in the rear, rear-hinged rear doors are also installed in this complete conversion. This conversion makes access to the rear easier and therefore offers the best possible entry comfort, in keeping with the motto “New Access of Luxury”.

This conversion, which can only be seen from the outside at second glance, involves a lot of technical and structural effort. Not only do the door mounts from the B-pillar to the C-pillar have to be moved in mirror image, but the entire door opening technology including the door handles also has to be repositioned in order to maintain the harmonious appearance of the car.

All mechanical conversions are carried out while maintaining the standard safety technology and all necessary optical conversions are carried out completely invisibly with great effort, some of which are completely new body parts and subsequent repainting. This is the only way it is possible for the rear door conversion to be both visually pleasing and technically perfect.

Widened step strips and carbon add-on parts from the “Gronos conversion program” installed all around the vehicle complement this complete conversion into a harmonious whole.

However, impact protection devices mounted in front of the aprons specifically for tough off-road use strictly differentiate the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” from the other G-Class conversion programs from MANSORY.

If desired, individual carbon parts can now be installed on every MANSORY complete conversion, the design of which can be determined by the customer.

With the four LED additional headlights mounted on the roof and a cable winch at the front, further special accessories can be used for tough off-road use.

In the area of the chassis, the installation of an additional axle means that no less complex modifications are necessary and here, too, the engineers from MANSORY can impressively demonstrate their high level of technical expertise.

A newly developed and at the same time massively reinforced front axle, portal gears on all axles and also the lockable differentials in the longitudinal and transverse directions on the third (additional) axle should also be mentioned.

A special chassis with high-performance shock absorbers complements the high technical standard of the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” and in combination results in a perfect overall package for maximum off-road mobility. It also gains 250mm in height and width.

Thanks to its frame extension, the length of the vehicle increases by an impressive 1,375 mm. The “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” is also – like all G-Class complete conversions from the MANSORY program – available in an armoured version upon special request.

RIMS | TIRES

Depending on customer requirements, the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” can be delivered with on-road or off-road tires (or, of course, with both sets of wheels if desired). In the case of road tires, type “YN.5” rims in size 10×22 with Pirelli tires type “Scorpion ATR” in size 325/55 22 are used.

For the best possible off-road performance off-road tires size 37×12.50×20 are mounted on rims size 9×20. Thanks to an integrated tire inflation system with a high-performance compressor and a control unit in the cockpit, the air pressure in all six tires can be adjusted to the respective terrain conditions at any time – and this all without getting out of the vehicle.

PERFORMANCE

Thanks to various modifications to the drive train, the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” has a superior 900 hp and a powerful torque of 1,200 Nm. In detail, the primary features are a new exhaust gas turbocharger with an increased boost pressure of up to 3.45 bar, a new intercooler, two high-pressure fuel pumps, adapted engine, transmission and CPC software, a sports air filter and a sports exhaust for the impressive increase in standard performance by 315 hp (and plus 400 Nm).

INTERIOR

As with all MANSORY complete conversions, the interior can generally be freely chosen in terms of leather, colors, quilting and carbon design.

The refinement of the interior corresponds in type and extent to a classic complete conversion from MANSORY.

A special highlight is the roof lining, which is equipped with more than 3,000 LEDs and is installed at the customer’s request and can be individually selected by each customer in terms of design and execution.

Many lovingly executed details with the highest craftsmanship quality – such as the seat belts with embroidered MANSORY logo, MANSORY sports aluminum pedals, a MANSORY leather sports steering wheel, elaborately quilted MANSORY leather floor mats, MANSORY lettering in the grab handles, and countless other detailed solutions – make the “MANSORY Gronos 6×6” a very special vehicle that can masterfully implement customer wishes in every respect, including in the interior.

Mit dem Jahr 2023 geht für die Firma MANSORY ein Jahr zu Ende, das zu einem der erfolgreichsten Jahre der über 30-jährigen Firmengeschichte überhaupt gezählt werden darf.

Bereits zum Ende des Jahres 2021 schlug MANSORY mit der Eröffnung eines eigenen Showrooms in Dubai ein weiteres Kapitel in seiner langen Firmengeschichte auf. Die mit über 800 Quadratmetern großzügig bemessene Showroom-Fläche bietet MANSORY seit 2 Jahren nicht nur die Möglichkeit, bis zu 20 Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig auszustellen, sondern auch seine anspruchsvollen Kunden in einer eigenen, sehr exklusiven Lounge zu empfangen. Zugleich dient dieser Standort als Vertriebszentrale für die Region UAE.

Ergänzt wurde der Standort Dubai seit dem September 2022 durch ein 2.000 Quadratmeter großes Werkstatt-Gebäude, um alle erforderlichen Arbeiten an den Fahrzeugen vor Ort ausführen zu können und den Service und die Betreuung der Fahrzeuge auch nach dem Kauf optimal sicherzustellen.

Diese beiden Schritte als Teil einer umfangreichen Expansions-Strategie kamen dieses Jahr erstmals voll zum Tragen und trugen maßgeblich zum Geschäftserfolg im Jahre 2023 bei.

Im Jahr 2023 wurden überdies wieder zahlreiche neue Fahrzeuge präsentiert, die das bestehende Produktportfolio ergänzt haben. Zudem wurden bereits bekannte Umbauprogramme neu lanciert, die nach Modelländerungen seitens der Hersteller angepasst werden mussten.

Das Jahr 2023 im Detail

Den Auftakt für das Jahr 2023 bildeten die Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbauten zweier populärer Luxus-Offroader, die dank einer vollwertigen Modifikation zu 2-türigen Coupés international für Furore sorgten: Das war zum einen das „MANSORY Venatus Coupé EVO C“ auf der Basis des Lamborghini Urus und zum anderen das kurz darauf präsentierte „MANSORY Gronos Coupé EVO C“ auf der Basis der unverändert beliebten Mercedes G-Klasse.

Beide Fahrzeuge sind streng limitiert und werden von MANSORY nach der hauseigenen „One of One“- Philosophie aufgebaut, sprich jedes Fahrzeug wird in der jeweiligen Konfiguration nur einmal gebaut, sodass jeder Kunde am Ende seines persönlichen Umbaus auch garantiert ein Unikat sein Eigen nennen darf.

Mit den beiden Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbauten „MANSORY F9XX – Tempesta Celeste“ (Basis: Ferrari SF90) und dem „Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY” wurden im Laufe des Jahres zwei Fahrzeuge präsentiert, die jeweils über hybridisierte Antriebseinheiten verfügen und so eindrucksvoll unter Beweis stellen konnten, dass auch moderne Antriebskonzepte von den Kunden nachgefragt und angenommen werden.

Mit dem „Mercedes SL (R 232) Widebody by MANSORY“ und dem „MANSORY P9LM EVO 900“ auf Basis des Porsche Turbo / Turbo S wurden darüber hinaus zwei Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbauten der seit Jahrzehnten weltweit geschätzten Sport-wagen-Topmodelle aus Süddeutschland lanciert. Mit dem „MANSORY Carbonado GTS“ erwies MANSORY mit einem „One-of-One“ Komplettumbau des Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster dem legendären Roadster aus Italien nach dessen Produktionsende seine Ehre.

Im Bereich der Luxus-SUV wurden auf Basis des Mercedes G63 4×4² der „MANSORY Gronos 4×4“ und der „MANSORY Defender Black Edition“ (Basis: Land Rover Defender V8) erstmalig gezeigt. Und erst vor wenigen Wochen wurde mit der Präsentation des „MANSORY Venatus S“ das Umbau-Programm für den italienischen Luxus-Offroader nach seinem Facelift angepasst und zugleich die Reihe der Neuheiten im Jahr 2023 abgeschlossen.

Drei High-End Komplett-Umbauten im Jahr 2024

Das kommende Jahr 2024 wird im Hause MANSORY ganz im Zeichen von drei High-End-Komplett-Umbauten der absoluten Luxusklasse stehen, die das gesamte Spektrum der Markenvielfalt eindrucksvoll unter Beweis stellen werden und die auch sämtliche derzeit an Markt befindlichen Antriebskonzepte für Luxusfahrzeuge der begehrtesten und renommiertesten Automobil-Topmarken berücksichtigen werden:

• Der vollelektrische Rolls-Royce Spectre
• Der hybridisierte Lamborghini Revuelto
• Der freie saugende Ferrari Purosangue

Darüber hinaus wird es selbstverständlich zahlreiche weitere Highlights geben, die die ganze Spannbreite einer Manufaktur im Bereich der Veredelung im High-End-Segment aufzeigen: Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbauten, neue Felgendesigns, neue Ideen im Bereich der Interieur-Veredelung und zahlreiche neue Ansätze im Bereich der Carbonteile-Fertigung.

DIE ZUKUNFT

Doch nicht nur die Antriebskonzepte selbst wandeln sich, auch das Auto der Zukunft – und damit auch veredelte Fahrzeuge aus dem Hause MANSORY – wird sich in vielerlei Hinsicht verändern.

Doch wie wird es in der Zukunft aussehen? Wie wird es angetrieben sein und wie wird es sich fortbewegen? Was wird es grundsätzlich Neues bringen?

Das kann zum heutigen Zeitpunkt noch keiner verlässlich und mit Bestimmtheit sagen – aber eines ist heute schon sicher: Es wird immer Automobile und den Wunsch nach individueller Veredelung derselben aus einer renommierten Manufaktur geben.

Und wie es sich eines Tages fortbewegen wird? Auch das wird uns die Zukunft zeigen.

After its current facelift, the Lamborghini Urus continues to enjoy great popularity in the luxury off-roader segment with its two model variants now available and is also one of the most popular base vehicles for complete conversions among MANSORY customers worldwide.

After the launch of the “MANSORY Venatus EVO C”, the 2-door coupé, in the spring of this year, the MANSORY company is also updating its complete conversion program for the Urus and is now offering the “MANSORY Venatus S”, which has been available for years enriches the successful “Venatus family”.

BODY – CONVERSION

The front end of the "MANSORY Venatus S" continues to impress with its carbon fibre front end and the ultra-light bonnet in visible carbon fibre with additional cooling air outlets rounds off the front view in conjunction with the front apron, which has also been redesigned. The redesigned star-shaped daytime running lights are particularly eye-catching.

MANSORY side skirts continue the design language on the sides and make the “MANSORY Venatus S” appear significantly stronger, but also lower and more elongated.

To reduce lift at the rear axle, the MANSORY engineers developed an attractive double spoiler at the rear. Both components of the spoiler are made entirely of carbon fibre and are located both on the tailgate and in the roof area. The roof spoiler itself is available in two versions (small and large).

A new rear apron with diffuser also skilfully sets off the three newly shaped tailpipes of the sports exhaust system. Numerous carbon components such as trim strips, mirror housings and air intake trims add further striking, visually appealing accents.

RIMS | TYRES

The technical highlight of the “MANSORY Venatus S” refinement is the 24-inch "YN.5 Air" alloy wheel. The ultra-light forged wheel combines sportiness and technical elegance in equal measure. The 7-spoke design also enables optimum ventilation of the brake system and emphasises the vehicle’s dynamism. The wheel/tyre combination in XXL dimensions of 10×24 inches and 12.5×24 inches (rims) with 295/30 R24 and 355/25 R24 (tyres) harmoniously fills both the front and rear wheel arches.

PERFORMANCE

The already extremely powerful heart of the vehicle – a V8 twin-turbo engine – has been given numerous and far-reaching modifications by the MANSORY engineers.

Among other things, the “MANSORY Venatus S” has been given a new engine management system and a large-volume sports exhaust system with a new layout for the three exhaust tailpipes and a high-performance catalytic converter. These modifications enable the "MANSORY Venatus S" to generate the extremely impressive performance data of 900 hp (standard: 666 hp) and an increased torque of 1,100 Nm (standard: 850 Nm). Der Lamborghini Urus erfreut sich nach seiner aktuellen Modellpflege im Segment der Luxus-Offroader mit seinen mittlerweile zwei verfügbaren Modell-Varianten unverändert großer Beliebtheit und zählt auch bei der Kundschaft im Hause MANSORY weltweit zu denen am stärksten nachgefragten Basisfahrzeugen für Komplett-Umbauten.

KAROSSERIE – UMBAU

Die Stirnseite des „MANSORY Venatus S“ besticht unverändert durch eine Carbon-Front und die ultraleichte Motorhaube in Sichtcarbon mit zusätzlichen Kühlluftauslässen rundet die Frontansicht in Verbindung mit der ebenfalls neu gezeichneten Frontschürze ab. Optisch fallen dabei besonders die Neugestaltung der Tagfahrlichter in Sternform ins Auge.

MANSORY-Seitenschweller führen die Designsprache an den Seiten fort und lassen den „MANSORY Venatus S“ deutlich stärker, aber auch niedriger und gestreckter wirken.

Um den Auftrieb an der Hinterachse zu reduzieren, entwickelten die MANSORY-Techniker einen attraktiven Doppel-Spoiler im Heckbereich. Beide Komponenten  des Spoilers sind komplett aus Carbon gefertigt und finden ihren Platz sowohl auf der Heckklappe als auch im Dachbereich. Der Dachspoiler selbst kann in zwei Varianten (klein und groß) gewählt werden.

Eine neue Heckschürze samt Diffusor setzt zudem die drei neu geformten Endrohre der Sportabgasanlage gekonnt in Szene. Zahlreiche Carbon-Komponenten wie Zierleisten, Spiegelgehäuse und Lufteinlassblenden setzen weitere markante, optisch gefällige Akzente.

FELGEN | REIFEN

Technisches Highlight der „MANSORY Venatus S“-Veredelung ist das mächtige, 24-Zoll große Leichtmetallrad des Typs „YN.5 Air“. Das ultraleichte Schmiederad vereint Sportlichkeit und technische Eleganz gleichermaßen. Das 7-Speichen-Design ermöglicht zudem eine optimale Belüftung der Bremsanlage und unterstreicht die Dynamik des Fahrzeuges. Die Rad-Reifen-Kombination in den XXL-Dimensionen 10×24 Zoll und 12,5×24 Zoll (Felgen) mit 295/30 R24 und 355/25 R24 (Reifen) füllt sowohl die vorderen als auch die hinteren Radkästen harmonisch aus.

PERFORMANCE

Das von Haus aus schon überaus kraftvolle Herzstück des Fahrzeugs – ein V8-Twin-Turbo-Motor mit 4l Hubraum – erhielt durch die MANSORY-Ingenieure zahlreiche und tiefgreifende Modifikationen.

So erhält der „MANSORY Venatus S“ unter anderem ein neues Motormanagement und eine großvolumige Sport-Auspuffanlage, die ein neues Layout der drei Auspuff-Endrohre bereithält und über einen Hochleistungs-Katalysator verfügt. Diese Modifikationen versetzen den „MANSORY Venatus S“ in die Lage, die äußerst beeindruckenden Leistungsdaten von 900 PS (Serie: 666 PS) und ein auf 1.100 Nm erhöhtes Drehmoment (Serie: 850 Nm) zu generieren. Die entsprechenden Performance-Daten lauten: Vmax 325 km/h und 0-100km/h in 2,9s.

BODY – CONVERSION

MANSORY refines the entire aerodynamics of the "Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY" completely "in-house". This results in an impressive styling combined with optimised aerodynamics with increased downforce values for significantly improved cornering performance.

For this purpose, the front of the "Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY" is redesigned with a completely new apron including integrated front lip and side flaps made of carbon. The ultra-light carbon bonnet with additional cooling air intakes in visible carbon completes the redesign of the front section. On the flanks, striking MANSORY side skirts made of full carbon ensure the continuation of the design language and give the "Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY" a significantly more powerful, but also lower and more elongated appearance.

To increase the downforce on the rear axle, the MANSORY engineers developed a new spoiler for mounting on the tailgate, which is also made entirely of carbon. In addition, a new rear apron with diffuser and side flaps skilfully sets off the striking tailpipes of the sports exhaust system. The rear apron as such is available in two versions: With and without central brake light. Numerous other carbon-fibre components such as the roof spoiler, mirror housings and air intake trim add further striking highlights.

RIMS | TYRES

The "Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY" is fitted with forged alloy rims of the type "FD.15" in the dimensions 9 x 22" (front) and 10.5 x 22" (rear). These are fitted with the corresponding tyre sizes 265/30 R22 and 305/25 R22.

PERFORMANCE

Based on the engine of the Mercedes-AMG S63 E PERFORMANCE one of the most powerful and torquey saloons ever is created after the conversion by MANSORY engineers: Impressive 880 hp and even more impressive 1,490 Nm of torque are available to performance-conscious customers after the conversion. All performance-enhancing measures were carried out by the engineers on the combustion engine only; the complete electric drive remained unchanged.

This ensures that the driveability, the excellent response of the series engine and the harmonious interaction of the complex hybrid drive have been implemented in the best possible way. INTERIOR

As is customary with every MANSORY complete vehicle conversion, the interior is also given special importance and a great deal of attention.
Thus, depending on the customer’s wishes, the entire interior is completely re-dressed with the finest leather on every conceivable component. In addition, all seams can be changed to individual colours, such as those of the exterior paintwork. Various carbon inlays, a carbon leather sports steering wheel, floor mats and an aluminium pedal set – all with discreet MANSORY logos – complete the refinement of the interior and set further visual accents in the interior.

Genau aus diesem Grund hat sich die Firma MANSORY dem Mercedes-AMG S63 E PERFORMANCE angenommen und im Rahmen eines Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbaus individualisiert, um so eines der exklusivsten und leistungsstärksten Fahrzeuge der Mercedes-AMG Palette noch einmal ein gutes Stück begehrenswerter zu machen.

Dabei wurde der hier gezeigte Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbau – wie bei allen MANSORY-Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbauten – in allen klassischen Disziplinen der Fahrzeug-Veredelung tiefgreifend und umfassend modifiziert. Und das in Verbindung mit einer Fertigungstiefe, die im Tuningsegment unverändert seinesgleichen sucht und die das 250-Personen-Unternehmen aus dem bayerischen Brand als moderne Automobilmanufaktur mit seinem Team an hochqualifizierten Spezialisten so einzigartig und unvergleichlich macht.

KAROSSERIE – UMBAU

So verfeinert MANSORY auch die gesamte Aerodynamik des „Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY“ komplett „Inhouse“. Daraus resultiert ein eindrucksvolles Styling in Kombination mit einer optimierten Aerodynamik mit erhöhten Abtriebswerten für deutlich verbesserte Kurven-Performance.

Hierfür wird die Fahrzeug-Front des „Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY“ mit einer komplett neuen Schürze samt integrierter Frontlippe und seitlichen Flaps aus Carbon umgestaltet. Die ultraleichte Carbon-Motorhaube mit zusätzlichen Kühllufteinlässen in Sicht-Carbon vervollständigt die Neugestaltung der Frontpartie. An den Flanken sorgen markante MANSORY-Seitenschweller aus Vollcarbon für die Weiterführung der Designsprache und lassen den „Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY“ deutlich kräftiger, aber auch tiefer und gestreckter wirken.

Zur Erhöhung der Abtriebskräfte an der Hinterachse entwickelten die MANSORY-Techniker einen formschönen Spoiler zur Montage auf der Heckklappe, der ebenfalls komplett in Carbon ausgeführt  wird. Zusätzlich setzt eine neue Heckschürze mit Diffusor und seitlichen Flaps die markanten Endrohre der Sport-Abgasanlage gekonnt in Szene. Die Heckschürze als solches kann dabei je nach Wunsch in zwei Varianten ausgeführt werden: Mit und ohne mittigem Bremslicht. Zahlreiche weitere Komponenten aus Carbon wie Dachkantenspoiler, Spiegelgehäuse und Lufteinlass-Verblendungen setzen weitere markante Highlights.

FELGEN | REIFEN

Beim „Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by MANSORY“ kommen geschmiedete Leichtmetall-Felgen des Typs „FD.15“ in den Dimensionen 9 x 22“ (vorne) und 10,5 x 22“ (hinten) zum Einsatz. Bereift werden diese mit den korrespondieren Größen 265/30 R22 und 305/25 R22.

PERFORMANCE

Basierend auf dem Motor des Mercedes-AMG S63 E PERFORMANCE entsteht nach dem Umbau durch die Ingenieure von MANSORY eine der leistungs- und drehmomentstärksten Limousinen überhaupt: Eindrucksvolle 880 PS und noch viel beeindruckendere 1.490 Nm Drehmoment stehen nach dem Umbau den leistungsverwöhnten Kunden zur Verfügung. Sämtliche leistungs-steigernde Maßnahmen wurden dabei von den Ingenieuren der hauseigenen Motorenabteilung ausschließlich am Verbrennungsmotor durchgeführt; der komplette Elektroantrieb blieb unverändert.

So ist gewährleistet, dass die Fahrbarkeit, das exzellente Ansprechverhalten des Serienmotors und das harmonische Zusammenspiel des komplexen Hybridantriebes bestmöglich umgesetzt werden konnte. Die daraus resultierende Höchst-geschwindigkeit von 320 km/h und eine Beschleunigung von lediglich 2.8s von 0 auf 100 km/h katapultieren diese Limousine in den erlesenen Kreis der absoluten High-Perfomance Fahrzeuge.

INTERIEUR

Wie bei jedem MANSORY-Fahrzeug-Komplett-Umbau üblich, kommt dem Interieur ebenfalls eine ganz besondere Bedeutung und hohe Aufmerksamkeit zu.

So wird – je nach Kundenwunsch – der gesamte Innenraum komplett neu und an allen nur erdenklichen Bauteilen mit feinstem Leder komplett neu eingekleidet.  Zudem können sämtliche Nähte in individuellen Farben, wie z.B. denen der Außen-lackierung, abgeändert werden. Diverse Carbon-Einlagen, ein Carbon-Leder-Sport-Lenkrad, Fußmatten und eine Alu-Pedalerie – allesamt mit dezenten MANSORY-Logos versehen – vervollständigen die Veredelung des Interieurs und setzen weitere optische Akzente im Innenraum.

About a vehicle, which goes back in its basic idea to its grandfather of 1948 and represents for 75 years at the same time a firm component of the English automobile industry, does not have to be written in detail much more. The Defender is rightly regarded as a milestone in the history of the automobile, which reliably and successfully performed its service in the past in numerous versions and special designs worldwide and continues to do so in large numbers unchanged until today.

With over 2 million units sold of the previous generation of the Defender, its successor since 2020 is poised to continue this success story. Internally called L663, the "New Defender" is at the cutting edge of modern times thanks to its modern technology such as permanent all-wheel drive, 8-speed automatic transmission and the latest electronic refinements of all kinds, without denying its hardcore roots or having lost its high off-road capability and legendary robustness.

IDEA

So it was only a matter of time until the engineers of the Bavarian manufacture MANSORY would take on this model and with the presentation of the Defender as a 5.0l V8 then received the perfectly fitting basis for their extensive refinements, which are appreciated by customers all over the world.

BODY – CONVERSION

After this complete conversion, the “MANSORY Defender Black Edition” is an eye-catcher par excellence – technically and visually. All body components of the stunning off-roader, which is always painted black in this limited edition – starting with the front apron and the hood, the elegantly widened front fenders, the extensions of the undersides of the doors, the roof spoiler and the rear apron – are made of full carbon and give the car a powerful, harmonious and impressive appearance that characterizes every MANSORY complete conversion.

The ultra-light full-carbon hood characterizes the view of the vehicle from the front. The front section is complemented by a new radiator grille and a new front apron in visible carbon. New daytime running lights and additional LED headlights mounted on the roof in a carbon surround set further highlights – in the truest sense of the word – and round off the front design of the “MANSORY Defender Black Edition”.

The sideline of the car is dominated by the full carbon body extensions at the front and rear. A new, two-part roof spoiler forms the transition to the rear of the vehicle.

The rear itself is dominated by a full carbon rear apron with an integrated third brake light, which, in conjunction with the carbon surrounds of the rear lights, complete the sporty yet powerful character of the “MANSORY Defender Black Edition” in the rear view.

All conversion parts are of course also available individually and will soon also be available for the long version of the Defender (Type 110).

RIMS | TIRES

The "MANSORY Defender Black Edition" is fitted with rims of the type "FD.15" in the rim size 10 x 24, which are combined with high-performance tires in the dimension 295/30 R24. This combination gives the car increased precision in sporty driving, enhances performance and complements the conversion with an elegant and at the same time coherent design.

PERFORMANCE

The "MANSORY Defender Black Edition" experiences a power increase of 125 hp (torque: plus 245 Nm) thanks to various modifications to the drivetrain and a new, 4-pipe sports exhaust system, thus achieving an engine output of 650 hp and a torque of 870 Nm in absolute terms. Both values, which ensure sovereign that both onroad and offroad at any time state-appropriate driving performances are present. Acceleration is reduced to 4.7s from 0 to 100 km/h (= minus 0.7s) and the top speed is limited to 250 km/h (= plus 10 km/h).

INTERIOR

As with all MANSORY complete conversions, the interior of the "MANSORY Defender Black Edition" can basically be freely selected in terms of leather, colors, quilting and carbon design.

The refinement of the interior corresponds in type and extent to a classic complete conversion from MANSORY.

In the case of the vehicle shown here, the entire interior is done with dark gray Alcantara® and all applications were in "Mandarin Orange". The carbon parts are all finished in "visible carbon".

A MANSORY carbon leather sport steering wheel with integrated shift light, safety belts with embroidered MANSORY logo, MANSORY sport aluminium pedals, MANSORY floor mats and many other detail solutions make the "MANSORY Defender Black Edition" a vehicle whose owners can fully realize their individual ideas and the specialists from MANSORY are able to realize them in a masterful way.

Several hundred illuminated LEDs in the headliner, representing the sky and the MANSORY logo, can, if desired, complement the changes in the interior and thus further enhance the interior and provide the occupants with a luxurious ambience for the very highest demands.
