SIGOS, the worldwide leader in automated end-to-end active testing of telecommunication networks and V3D, the independent mobile QoE and QoS data analytics software editor for mobile networks, announced today their partnership to enrich SITE solution (SIGOS Integrated Test Environment) with EQual One technology.

SITE, the SIGOS Integrated Test Environment, lets network operators and mobile service operators all around the world host and work with their own testing facilities whilst easily integrating into existing network infrastructures. Thanks to the EQual One mobile agents, they are adding a new source of information closer to their customers by gathering in parallel information from the network and devices.

EQual One enriches SITE with new KPIs directly from commercial mobile devices, thereby allowing model analysis and enriching SITE dashboards with real-time data from the mobile customer devices. This new feature of SITE was presented in May at SIGOS’ 19th Telecommunications & Digital Experience Conference in Dusseldorf.

Adil Kaya, CEO of SIGOS comments: “SITE and EQual One are a perfect combination – adding additional information of network quality and network performance measurements via a new smartphone based app. This approach allows a full 360-degree network quality view for all SITE customers.”

“We are very enthusiastic about this partnership with SIGOS, using EQual One to strengthen their existing flagship testing solution to better serve and satisfy operators. As such, this new partnership completes our strategy on data analytics and gives a new dimension to our position in the performance analysis market”, comments Philippe Vial-Grelier, CEO of V3D.

About V3D
Specialized in mobile technologies, V3D Solutions enable Mobile Operators to monitor true network Quality of Experience (QoE) straight from the subscribers’ perspective. The V3D portfolio focuses on customer experience and mobile network service performance. EQual One solution is based on a combination of Device Quality Agents (DQA) deployed on commercial devices and a powerful server interacting over-the-air with the DQAs and potentially integrated with existing systems. V3D headquarters are based in Lyon, France.
