Born in the Netherlands in 1964, Jan Willem Jongert studied Mechanical Engineering and International Marketing Management. More recently he was employed as CEO of Schwarzmüller, a leading manufacturer of Commercial Vehicles. Here, he re-organised the sales model and made a name for himself helping to turn the Company’s fortunes around. Prior to that, Jongert held various positions for the Jungheinrich Group, a leading manufacturer of material handling equipment, logistics systems and services.
During his activities in various management positions in the international environment, he gained experience in the areas of mechanical engineering, vehicle construction and intralogistics. Thus, he brings with him ideal experience for success in this strategic role.
Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse took over the management of the Bott Group in 2005. He succeeded in more than doubling sales to around 124 million euros in the 2017 financial year. He has developed bott into a modern and successful company, strongly positioned in Europe and expanding worldwide.
The bott group develops and manufactures professional van racking equipment and workplace systems in three European locations. bott supplies its products to trade and industrial customers throughout the world. The company has a clear focus on optimising efficient working conditions in manufacturing, service and installation environments. The bott group’s headquarters are located at its production facilities in Gaildorf (Germany) – where the company was originally founded.
