In order to be able to manufacture in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner, automobile producers force their suppliers to deliver components directly to the assembly lines on call and in a specified sequence. To do so, suppliers need a flexible software system to comply with these demands. HYDRA DMC enables manufacturing companies to manufacture versatile products more flexible and to lower costs, much easier than is possible with a conventional control technology.

For this, HYDRA DMC provides functions to monitor and control assembly lines including real time process locking. The application also provides a user-friendly operator guidance for paperless production.
