Konrad Technologies the provider of value added, platform based automated test solutions used to solve the world’s most complex engineering challenges, today announced a demonstration of ADAS test solutions at the Automotive Testing Expo China alongside National Instruments.

Konrad Technologies China Office Drives Success in Asia

Konrad Technologies China was established in 2014. Within the last four years Konrad Technologies China has successfully engaged local and international customers and delivered a multitude of test systems.

"It is our goal to deploy technologies and services that ensure quality, reliability, durability and safety for the automotive industry in China. We offer individual testing solutions, such as function tests, in-circuit tests, ADAS testing systems, optical camera testing systems, and complete production lines for the automotive industries." – Nicolai Konrad, Managing Director Asia & Pacific at Konrad Technologies

Test with Sensor Fusion HIL

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) test solutions, including automotive sensor fusion from Konrad Technologies, combine radar, lidar, camera, GNSS and ultrasonic sensors technologies used to develop and produce autonomous vehicles. Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing with sensor fusion is a leading test methodology that tests an autonomous vehicle in the lab.

Konrad Technologies proves engineering expertise for autonomous vehicle test by showcasing a virtual test drive sensor fusion HIL demonstration with radar, camera and lidar testers at the exposition in China. Additionally, at the National Instruments booth, Konrad Technologies will co-showcase a driving simulation demonstration.

Open Technology Forum Presentation

During the Open Technology Forum on September 26th from 11:30-12:00, Mr. Ram Mirwani, Director of Global Business Development ADAS at Konrad Technologies, will hold a presentation titled: "Combine sensor fusion HIL with measurement-based tests to meet test challenges in autonomous driving".

The presentation will explain the Konrad Technologies and ADAS iiT method for testing with sensor fusion HIL and measurement software in the lab to overcome the challenges of complex test routines required to fully test an autonomous vehicle.

Top Trends in Automotive Testing 2018

The Automotive Testing Expo (ATE) China is a leading exhibition in Asia for top trends in automotive testing. ATE China will be held in Shanghai, China September 25-27, 2018.

"Testing Expo China – Automotive is the place to discover new testing, development and validation technologies for components and complete vehicles. This year we are highlighting an ADAS one stop solution, which represents upfront technology and industry trends to show ATE Expo attendees. Participants can take a look at our demonstration of Sensor Target Simulation by visiting us at Booth 13012 during the event." – Nicolai Konrad, Managing Director Asia & Pacific at Konrad Technologies
