Our robust anchoring system ResiTHERM® is made out of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide. Together with the injection system ResiFIX VY by CELO, it has undergone extensive testing at the Institute for Facade and Fastening Technology (IFBT GmbH) in Leipzig; an expert opinion is available.
It is possible to pass through insulation thicknesses of 80 up to 200 mm with almost no heat loss. ResiTHERM® is available in three lengths: 120, 160 and 200 mm. That way, we can provide you with a ready-to-use product for the main insulation thicknesses. If needed, ResiTHERM® can be cut down by maximum of 40 mm. A M12 internal thread with a length of 80 mm extends into the massive anchor body. Thus, it is possible to achieve both a thermal separation and a large screw-in depth of the A4 stainless steel threaded stud, which is included to the set, along with a nut and washer.
The perfectly coordinated system components ensure an easy, quick and secure installation – an incorrect installation is practically impossible. You can inject the injection resin ResiFIX VY easily and safely from the outside into the injection hole of ResiTHERM®. The special membrane ensures the even distribution of the injection resin. ResiTHERM® enables exceptionally high pull-out values in hollow bricks. For hollow brick walls without insulation,
