BAUMA 2019 has blown up all superlatives. Even though we hardly had the opportunity to get a detailed overview, every morning when entering the exhibition center in Munich you could feel the radiance of the trade fair. More than 620,000 visitors from all over the world have been lured by the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment to Munich this year.

“Full throttle” for one week

Our appeal also seemed to have attracted many interested parties and customers to the outdoor area this year. The high number of visitors to our stand was a challenge for our team in 2019, but at the same time a confirmation of our daily work. We were able to welcome a number of well-known faces and many new prospects to our booth in Munich. Our “short” ballast semitrailer attracted most of the attention. The semitrailer not only met with great interest because of its compact design, but also because of its technically maximum possible payload of approx. 44,800 kg. Thanks to the rear swing-through radius of approx. 2,700 mm, the semi-trailer can be operated with a 4-axle truck-tractor. The technically possible fifth wheel load of 23,000 kg is thus not just a fictitious value.

Our exhibits

Representing our entire product portfolio, we traveled to Munich with three vehicles. MKG has issued another crane vehicle from our stock, which will now be available at our premises in Essen after BAUMA. In our preview on BAUMA, we have already presented all vehicles in detail.

Great demand for the rental service

Particularly high is the demand in the area of leasing commercial vehicles. Many concrete rental but also purchase requests from new prospects are already being processed. A clear advantage for our customers is our large number of stock-vehicles as well as short delivery times – realized with reserved building-slots. Whether buying or renting, new or used vehicle – with our broad product and service portfolio, we offer customized solutions for all transport challenges.
