HYBRID Software has developed a number of new technologies that will be on display for printers and converters at LABELEXPO Europe 2019, Hall 8/B24, in Brussels, 24-27 September and during FachPack, Nuremberg, Hall 8/8-615, 24-26 September.

“Consistent with the LABELEXPO theme, ‘Move your business forward’, it’s an exciting time for our company to meet with visitors at LABELEXPO and FachPack. HYBRID Software is moving forward, experiencing remarkable growth, and becoming the innovation leader by setting new software standards for label and packaging companies”, notes Guido Van der Schueren, Chairman of HYBRID Software. “Our global and local presence has rapidly expanded to more than 110 industry experts who are ready to explain to printers and converters how they can move their own businesses forward.”

For LABELEXPO and FachPack, HYBRID Software is demonstrating a number of product enhancements and new technologies. They include:

  • The latest version of PACKZ has optimized usability and added many feature extensions – including option for variable data printing
  • Stepz is a new interactive software package based on the award-winning technology of PACKZ. It allows the preparation and execution of Step-and-Repeat and VDP tasks for digital printing of labels and folding cartons
  • Tectonics is innovative job assembly application to save plate material
  • CLOUDFLOW digital press drivers have been developed for HP Indigo, Xeikon and Domino
  • New CLOUDFLOW RIP version offers seamless screening for plate sleeves, a new calibration application, and NPC support
  • CLOUDFLOW Plug-in suite facilitates interaction with the workflow from the desktop or from Adobe Illustrator and PACKZ
  • Cockpit is a new process management and integration module for CLOUDFLOW
  • New drivers for EyeC and BST eltromat inspection and quality control systems have been developed

“HYBRID Software understands that users demand more and more IT-centric solutions. We are in an ideal position to combine our packaging print expertise with IT knowledge, offering printers and converters future-proof technology based on industry standards”, explains Christopher Graf, HYBRID Software Chief Marketing Officer. “We continue to build on PACKZ, the standard for PDF editing and the CLOUDFLOW enterprise packaging workflow system. It’s why we now have a quickly expanding and very active install base of 3,000 PACKZ and 600 CLOUDFLOW users. We hope to extend the number of printers and converters who rely on us, during Labelexpo and Fachpack.”
