Remote Device Control
SOTI MobiControl enables remote device monitoring and real-time control for rapid problem diagnosis and resolution. From the remote control page of the MobiControl interface, users can execute actions, view device information, and examine directories and files on a specific device. This reduces device downtime and workflow interruptions for increased productivity.
Remote Software Deployment
SOTI MobiControl is an easy-to-use tool for centralized software management and remote deployment.
Over-the-air installation, upgrade, and removal functions streamline large deployments by eliminating manual in-person task execution, reducing the manpower required. Moreover, by enabling centralized and remote software management, IT administrators are able to roll out updates gradually for optimal impact.
Remote Configuration
SOTI MobiControl allows administrators to provision multiple devices quickly and consistently using configuration sets and application packages. These features ensure that each device is automatically configured with the required account settings, apps, content and VPN settings. This ensures device uniformity and compliance with company policies.
File Syncing
File sync rules allow administrators and users to exchange and synchronize files between devices and the server. Files can be automatically synchronized according to a schedule and to a preselected list of destination devices. This provides a quick and easy way to send one or more files to a set of devices, thereby eliminating task repetition for significant time savings.
