Bechtle acquires Abissa in Western Switzerland

With Western Switzerland’s Abissa, Bechtle is increasing its footprint in a key economic area. Alongside gaining highly-skilled employees, Bechtle is also bolstering its portfolio and developing additional synergies within the group. Abissa has a broad and loyal customer base. “In Abissa, we are gaining a digitalisation partner for companies in Western Switzerland that is also very much in line with Bechtle’s corporate culture. The tie-up with Bechtle is enabling the company to secure the succession of its managing directors, René Fell and Patrick Joset, while ensuring its employees and customers have a bright future. Bechtle has been represented in Western Switzerland since 2004, opening new offices in Morges and Carouge in 2018. Abissa shall continue to operate under its well-established name from its Geneva and Renens locations for the time being. Both partners have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
