• Bechtle specialists bundle and broaden skills
  • All-encompassing training initiative for consulting, implementing and training services
  • Setup of a multi-service provider platform

Bechtle Onsite Services and HanseVision, both Bechtle Group companies, are strengthening collaboration in the field of solutions and services for digital workflow technologies from software vendor, ServiceNow. The agreement covers the training of over 40 additional specialists in the areas of consulting, support and training as well as the setting up of a multi-service provider platform for the deployment of digital workflow solutions for both enterprise and public sector customers. ServiceNow expertise will be bundled in the newly created HanseVision Enterprise Services Competence Centre.

Working closely together with specialist units within the Group, Bechtle is expanding its business activities with ServiceNow’s cloud-based solutions in the areas of IT service management, IT business management and customer service management. As a result, Bechtle Onsite Services and HanseVision have developed a training programme to introduce certified consultants and trainers to the ServiceNow solutions portfolio. This initiative aims to boost expertise in consulting, implementation and support for digital workflow solutions. In the future, the provisioning of high quality services based on ServiceNow technologies will take place via a separate multi-service provider platform. In addition, authorised Bechtle employees will be able to offer customers individual ServiceNow training.

“We are delighted to be able to bring our skills and expertise to this important and engaging project. A strong eco-system and expert partners are critical for innovation, growth and success”, explains Detlef Krause, Area Vice President and General Manager Germany, ServiceNow. “The collaboration between Bechtle Onsite Services and HanseVision serves to underscore our mission—to seamlessly deploy digital workflows in enterprises and therefore smooth the way to a successful digital transformation.”

“The close ties with Bechtle Onsite Services have enabled us to significantly expand our business activities for ServiceNow projects and also better support customers nationwide to set up more efficient digital processes. Through the new Enterprise Services Competence Centre, customers of all Bechtle Group companies will also be able to access our expertise,” says Sven Maier, Managing Director, HanseVision.

“The ServiceNow training initiative builds on our IT consultants’ extensive experience in the integration and operation of sophisticated application solutions and enables us to make a significant contribution to the continued development of the Bechtle portfolio. We are convinced that the excellent ServiceNow-based service processes will create crucial added value for our customers and will provide solutions for implementation and support as well as design,” continues Jörg Öynhausen, Managing Director, Bechtle Onsite Services.

Bechtle has been working with ServiceNow since 2017. HanseVision is currently a vendor Premier Partner and, as a Competence Centre within the Bechtle Group, the company aims to achieve Elite partner level as well as the ServiceNow Authorized Training Partner status this year.
