Holding the Battery Experts Forum at the end of September will pay off, since many exhibitions during the first half of the year have been canceled, including many professional events for the battery market. Companies are looking for options for attending forums and exhibitions in 2020. The event location for the 2020 Battery Experts Forum has been moved because of its combination with Light + Building. The forum will now be held in the Congress Center, and exhibitions will be in adjacent Hall 6.0, where the Mobility Action Area will also be placed. The entrance to the Battery Experts Forum will be located in an exclusive area of the Congress Center, while Hall 6.0 will offer direct access to Light + Building.
Reservations during the first half of the year resulted in an increase in participants and exhibitors for the event organizer, the BMZ Group – a leading manufacturer of Li-ion battery systems. The exhibition space has been enlarged to respond to this added demand. Further growth is already expected for 2021, and organizers are also reviewing options for holding the Battery Experts Forum in the USA for the first time.
