Time is money – with the COMPACTCUT 900 P/T your work efficiency is optimized. The dry-cutting process safes the extraction and cost-intensive disposal of cutting slurries. With the highly efficient dust-extraction system it produces ready-to-cast joints. The cleverly designed flush cutting blade guard is an additional advantage: The COMPACTCUT 900 P/T makes you a master at cutting flush with walls and curbs

The COMPACTCUT 900 P/T is a special design for producing joints in the dry-cutting process. Ready-to-cast joints with a depth of up to 125 mm are cut in one work step. Thus the COMPACTCUT 900 P/T is the first choice for time-critical applications. It has proven to be outstanding for renovation work, for producing connection joints and expansion joints; and on construction sites where space is at a premium, the operator can easily maneuver the machine with the integrated steering wheel.

Vertical cutting in accordance with ZTV Fug-STB 15 ( German industrial norm )

The “flush cut” blade guard allows true vertical cutting, as described in the ZTV Fug standard. This is made possible by the specially-designed suction blade guard, which is a key component of the integrated VACUUM-DRY 100 dry-extraction system. This extraction system is designed for dust-free dry cutting which not only saves time, but also promotes the occupational health and safety of the operator and the entire team on the construction site. The clearly organized control panel and the height-adjustable handles are user-friendly. The robust hydrostat is activated with a sensitive drive lever that ensures uniform feed rates and easy machine guidance. The machine comes with an ergonomically positioned steering wheel which enables precise cutting as well as fast transfer maneuvers and set-up without exertion.

Extra tough: the hardware

The torsion-resistant sheet steel frame construction of the COMPACTCUT 900 P/T is designed for many years of daily operation. In addition to unshakeable robustness, practical use was another top priority in the design specifications. Through perfect motor placement, LISSMAC design engineers ensured easy access to air filter and fuel filter, battery and oil, which facilitates daily inspection and maintenance tasks. All components are arranged to ensure a very low center of gravity thus ensuring very precise cutting. The Vanguard 2-cylinder gasoline motor provides 26 kW/35 hp and accelerates dry-cutting blades up to 400 mm in diameter to 2,130 rpm. This rotational speed ensures optimal sawing progress. Seven high-performance V-belts reliably transfer the motor power to the saw blade. Setting of the cutting depth is electro-hydraulic. The COMPACTCUT 900 P/T is factory-equipped with a parking brake and a neutral gear for running idle.
