BRESSNER Technology, as a specialized provider and manufacturer of industrial hardware solutions, will have its own booth at bauma 2022. From October 24 to 30, visitors to the Munich Exhibition Center will find innovative hardware for embedded computing, AI and edge computing, as well as rugged mobile computing solutions for construction machinery of all kinds in hall A2, booth number 525. BRESSNER especially pays attention to novel and transportable technologies, including the AI-Blox modular edge intelligence system as well as high-performance GPU servers and embedded PCs. The industry-certified hardware systems are often used for AI applications such as machine learning and are suitable as complex computing units for construction site vehicles or mining machines. The following product innovations will be on display, among others:

AI-Blox

The NVIDIA® Jetson™ solution AI-Blox is one of the biggest innovations in BRESSNER’s product portfolio and will be exhibited for the first time at bauma 2022. It is a modular hardware for edge intelligence applications, consisting of three individual modules that can be flexibly exchanged. The system features a processor module, an interface module and a communication module, which can be combined as required. The processor unit supports the Jetson™ modules Nano, TX2 NX, Xavier NX and, from February 2023, even AGX Orin. Modules with MIPI, USB 3.0 or Ethernet connections are also available as interfaces. Furthermore, components with diverse communication protocols are offered, including Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE with GNSS, as well as customized designs depending on the application. An optional touch screen turns AI-Blox’s edge computing solutions into a transportable human-machine interface, e.g. for forklifts or trucks.

Rugged 3U Short-Depth Server

Furthermore, HPC hardware provider and system integrator BRESSNER Technology has developed the short-depth solution "OSS 3U-SDS" in collaboration with One Stop Systems (OSS). This 20-inch deep GPU server is specifically designed for maritime, land and aerospace applications. At maximum configuration, the hardware achieves a computing power of up to 9.9 peta-ops. With up to seven PCIe Gen4 slots, the system offers the ability to deploy scalable applications with multiple high-performance servers in mobile racks over high-speed networks. Conversely, the seven available slots can support scale-out to one or more PCIe expansion systems to create a large system network for data acquisition, processing, storage and AI inference.
