The demand for renewable energy is growing rapidly worldwide. Environmental aspects and global economic development are pushing for a shift away from fossil fuels and an accelerated expansion of environmentally friendly alternatives. At the same time, the demand for electricity is increasing continuously worldwide. Currently, the output of electricity generation from renewable energies worldwide totals almost 7,800 terawatt hours. Their share was thus around 28 per cent in 2021.

In addition to the planning and realisation of wind power, photovoltaic and associated battery storage facilities, the reliable technical and commercial management of the facilities is a central aspect of responsible, sustainable and economic strategies to ensure an unfailing and at the same time environmentally conscious power supply worldwide. Since 1994, the Green Energy 3000 Group has been involved as a project developer and general contractor in the planning and realisation of new plants for power generation from renewable energy sources. By setting up another subsidiary, Green Energy 3000 Project Management LLC, based in Dubai/UAE, and the opening of an O&M control centre, Green Energy 3000 is further expanding its international network and laying important foundations for the reliable operation of existing plants.

The dispatch centre, which went into operation in mid-August, currently has six employees and offers plant monitoring and analyses by means of remote monitoring

for the operational management of photovoltaic plants, wind farms and battery storage plants of Green Asset 3000 GmbH and external customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a yea., By permanent real-time monitoring, the O&M control room guarantees minimum response times of just a few minutes and supports the work of the service partners in Germany, France and other markets.

With immediate effect, the newly established commercial management will also be carried out from the new location in Dubai. Green Energy 3000 intends to use and expand the capacities thus created in the coming years to make the technical and commercial operations management fit for managing the increasing number of national and international projects.

"With the opening of the branch office in Dubai, we are taking another step towards the internationalisation of our group of companies," explains Andreas Renker, Managing Director of Green Energy 3000 GmbH. "Together with our international partners, existing and new customers, we continue to work with dedication to advance renewable energies at a fast pace in order to enable the phasing out of fossil fuels in energy generation in the long term."

The next World Future Energy Summit 2023 in Abu Dhabi will provide an opportunity for personal exchange on the possibilities of cooperation. From 16 to 18 January 2023, Green Energy 3000 will present its comprehensive know-how and service portfolio in the fields of photovoltaics, wind energy, hybrid power plants, storage systems and agri-photovoltaics.
