The family-owned Unitex Group, based in the Netherlands and with locations worldwide, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors in this sector. Unitex Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Walter Hering KG on 01.01.2023 and intends to continue the existing strategy using synergies within the group and to continue to grow at the site with the existing team.
This sustainable approach was of particular importance to the previous owners when selecting a partner for the acquisition. Marco Repetto, CEO of Unitex Group, confirms: "In the Walter Hering KG we have found a company with comparable values.
