SWISS and the thjnk creative agency have concluded a close collaboration from 2024 onwards. The reputed Zurich-based agency prevailed over numerous competitors following an extensive selection process. SWISS will thus terminate its long-standing collaboration with Publicis at the end of this year.

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) will embark on a close collaboration with the Swiss-based thjnk creative agency from 2024 onwards. thjnk prevailed over numerous further candidates following an extensive selection process, and will thus become SWISS’s new lead agency with effect from January 2024. In view of this, SWISS will end its long-standing collaboration with the Publicis agency at the end of 2023.

Seven years on from its foundation, the agency employs over 30 personnel and serves 15 clients who include Bio Suisse, Denner, Edelweiss, Helsana, Migros, Ochsner Sport and Sunrise. Under its thjnk 24/7 banner, the agency further develops individualized data-driven communications concepts and platforms which make extensive use of automation and distribution technologies.
