With the BRICK Ultra, spo-comm expands its portfolio with a particularly powerful yet compact industrial PC for demanding applications. The system is based on the new Intel® Core™ Ultra platform, which not only delivers strong CPU and graphics performance but also includes integrated AI capabilities (AI acceleration). This makes the BRICK Ultra perfectly suited for modern use cases such as AI-based image processing, edge analytics and smart factory solutions.
The fanless design ensures completely silent and maintenance-free operation in 24/7 environments, while the rugged housing guarantees reliable performance even under harsh industrial conditions.
High-performance industrial PC with DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSD and 2.5 GbE LAN
The BRICK Ultra stands out with its flexibility and performance. Featuring dual DDR5 RAM slots (up to 96 GB) and fast NVMe SSD storage via M.2, the system is well equipped for data-intensive workloads. For high-speed networking, it offers dual LAN (1x 2.5 GbE + 1x GbE).
In addition, the system provides extensive expansion options: an M.2 B-Key slot enables 5G/LTE modules, while the M.2 E-Key slot supports WiFi and Bluetooth. A wide range of interfaces, including 4x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports and two serial COM interfaces (RS232/422/485), ensures seamless integration into existing systems and industrial environments.
Rugged PC for automation, transportation, digital signage and control rooms
Beyond performance, the BRICK Ultra impresses with its industrial-grade design. A wide range power input (12–24V), an extended temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, and a shock- and vibration-resistant design according to IEC 61373 make it ideal for use in production facilities, vehicles and infrastructure applications.
With dual DisplayPort supporting 4K resolution, the system is also well suited for control rooms, monitoring systems and digital signage applications. Flexible mounting options via DIN rail or wall mounting allow easy integration into a wide variety of environments – from machine control to edge servers.
