Introducing TentaConsult Italia: The new consulting hub of the Tentamus Group in Italy

The merger represents a strategic milestone in the Tentamus Group’s growth and integration strategy in Italy. Its objective is to strengthen the Group’s portfolio of high-value consulting services by providing businesses with a single, trusted partner capable of supporting them in addressing the challenges of business development, regulatory compliance and the enhancement of products, processes and organisations.

TentaConsult Italia combines the experience of Pegaso Management, founded in 1998 and specialised in management and organisational consulting with a strong focus on the agri-food sector, sustainability, management systems and process improvement, with that of Isemed, established in 2008 and specialising in technical and regulatory consulting for the marketing of medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDs), cosmetics and biocidal products in international markets.

The new company will maintain its operational offices in Ancona and Imola, ensuring continuity for existing clients while expanding its capabilities through a broader, more integrated and cross-disciplinary service offering. With the establishment of TentaConsult Italia, the Tentamus Group further strengthens its position as a trusted partner for companies operating in increasingly regulated, competitive and sustainability-driven markets. Its services range from food safety and environmental sustainability to ESG consulting, management systems, process and product innovation, regulatory affairs and certification support.
