Stefan Habitzreuther will take over responsibility for the sales and growth strategy of USU’s Valuemation division. The internationally experienced, 49-year-old executive previously held sales and management posts at General Electric, Lafarge and Lufthansa Systems. He then worked as a freelance coach, advising CIOs and supply chain managers, for instance, from Tchibo, Media-Saturn, dpa and others. In the past few years, Habitzreuther acted as Sales Director for Accenture, where he was in charge of large projects in the field of digital transformation.

USU’s Valuemation division offers a broadly established portfolio for service management in the areas of IT, HR, customer care, facility management and field services and for IoT business models. Habitzreuther will work closely with the two Managing Directors Frank Dreher, who is responsible for Consulting & Support, and Peter Stanjeck, who is in charge of Development & Product Management.

“The Valuemation software suite is one of the world’s top products in the field of business service management. Factors that swayed my mind were a corporate culture that is actively shaped and practiced and, above all, the market potential: I’m firmly convinced that service management is key to implementing digital business models and processes. Apart from IT organizations, I see great opportunities to cater for non-IT fields with service management concepts and technologies. In addition, we’ll push ahead with further internationalization through our customers’ existing global group structures, sales and implementation partners and a selective M&A strategy,” is how Stefan Habitzreuther outlines his motives and plans.

“We’re delighted to have acquired Stefan Habitzreuther, a manager with great expertise and a proven track record of success in international software business. As an IT professional with an extensive network in the international IT industry and in terms of his character, he fits excellently with us and our corporate culture,” says Bernhard Oberschmidt, Chief Executive Officer of USU Software AG.
